I have just seen this - I thought that it was worth noting so that you know the KB article is in fact genuine.
Starting June 2009, some new Microsoft Knowledge Base (KB) articles will be published with seven-digit Article ID numbers staring at 2000000 (for example, 2000016). We plan to use seven-digit Article ID numbers for all new KB articles starting later this year or early next year. No changes will occur to the six-digit Article ID numbers for existing KB articles.
If you use any tools, systems, or processes that might be affected by these changes because they expect a six-digit KB Article ID number, please take this time to evaluate the impact and implement any required changes.
